Talent Hair Salon in Havertown, PA is looking for a passionate and skilled Hair Stylist to join our talented team! Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate treatments
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards
- Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive client experience
- Upsell retail hair care products and additional services as appropriate
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required
- Experience in hair cutting, coloring, and chemical services preferred
- Strong knowledge of current hair trends and styling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to build and retain a clientele base
