What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items including burgers, wings, and similar dishes following established recipes
- Ensure orders are prepared quickly while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handle multiple orders at once in a fast-paced setting
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all food safety procedures
- Participate in team discussions and occasional training to improve performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a short order cook or similar kitchen role preferred
- Familiarity with basic cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Food safety certification is a plus but not required
