Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

We are looking for an H&S Officer to join our Health & Safety team, covering both resort operations and active construction sites. The role reports to the Health & Safety Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections on construction sites and audits across resort operations, ensuring compliance with applicable Greek legislation, EU regulations and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Provide Health & Safety input on new projects, primarily the construction of new villas, as well as CAPEX and infrastructure works at the hotels.
  • Coordinate and oversee the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
  • Maintain the incident reporting system and participate in investigations, identifying root causes and contributing factors.
  • Identify and eliminate physical hazards across construction sites and resort facilities.
  • Monitor non-conformances and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, with experience in construction sites and/or technical projects.
  • Familiarity with incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Greek and EU Health & Safety legislation; experience with ISO systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
