As a Finance Manager (F & I Manager), you provide exceptional service and appropriate financing and insurance options to our customers to finalize the purchase of a vehicle.  Due to your strong work ethic, you easily establish and maintain positive working relationships with several lending sources which enhances the options available to our customers. 
This position has a variable schedule Monday - Saturday (Saturdays required) with a day off during the week; closed every Sunday!

What you’ll do as an F&I Manager:Â
Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of the customers financing or purchasing decision, or credit abilityÂ
Submit all paperwork to (and obtain approval from) finance sources on all finance deals; finalize all paperwork necessary in the car deal in a timely manner and submit to the accounting officeÂ
Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactionsÂ
Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow in accordance with the company Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelinesÂ
Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and income, and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages in accordance withcompany standardsÂ
Set up monthly forecasting in conjunction with the sales department forecasting; use the forecast to establish and meet monthly objectives Â

Previous experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling of financial services, or auto salesÂ
