Overview
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Customer Care Travel Specialist. In this position, you will serve as a helpful point of contact for clients as they explore vacation possibilities and coordinate the details of their upcoming trips.
The role combines customer communication, online research, reservation assistance, and organization. You may work with requests involving resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, tours, activities, celebrations, and international destinations.
No previous travel industry experience is necessary. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
- Gather information about each client's vacation plans, dates, preferences, and spending range
- Explore destinations and research available accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Compare options and identify choices that fit individual client needs
- Provide information about vacation services, amenities, inclusions, and booking requirements
- Assist with arranging selected trip components using approved supplier resources
- Prepare and organize reservation confirmations and itinerary details
- Monitor important dates, payment deadlines, and outstanding planning items
- Review traveler information and reservation details to help prevent errors
- Keep clients informed as their vacation arrangements progress
- Follow up on unanswered questions, pending selections, and required information
- Assist with routine modifications and general service requests
- Maintain current and organized client records
- Build knowledge of destinations, supplier offerings, seasonal promotions, and vacation products

- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
