Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify bed bug activity and determine appropriate treatment solutions.Â
- Perform bed bug treatments using specialized heat treatment equipment and other approved treatment methods.Â
- Load, unload, transport, and safely operate heaters, fans, cables, and other treatment equipment.Â
- Monitor treatment equipment and environmental conditions throughout the treatment process to ensure effectiveness and safety.Â
- Conduct detailed inspections before, during, and after treatment to assess pest activity and treatment results.Â
- Accurately complete service documentation, inspection reports, and other required records.Â
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing customer questions, concerns, and treatment recommendations.Â
- Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and tools in a clean, safe, and operational condition.Â
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.Â
- Participate in cross-training and perform other pest control-related services as assigned.Â
- Attend training and development opportunities to maintain and expand job knowledge.Â
- Work effectively with team members to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Ability to lift, load, unload, transport, and set up treatment equipment, including heaters, fans, and cables.
- Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to move, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment
- Ability to climb stairs as needed
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
