What You’ll Do As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will direct and work alongside your team to keep commercial properties pristine. In this working supervisor role, your daily Landscaping Supervisor duties include:

• Directing crew members to execute hands-on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager.

• Performing grounds maintenance, including mowing, mulching, planting sod, irrigation, and spraying.

• Serving as an active Grounds Crew Foreman by ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site.

What You Bring To The Team

• 1–3 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.

• Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs. repetitively outdoors in varied weather conditions.

• Strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a great work ethic.
