Basic Job Description: Summary/Purpose of Position: The Recruiter Manager is primarily responsible to oversee all day to day functions for BridgeWorks Staffing and to be the face for new clients. This position will ensure quality, customer service, and maintain great relationships with clients and staff. The Recruiter Manager will seek to grow client companies through community relationships. This position will also provide ongoing support to the employees/staff of BridgeWorks to resolve any concerns involving but not limited to complaints, pay concerns, workman comp claims, accident reporting and follow-up, discrimination claims, time adjustments and documentation updates. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Supervisory (Primary)

  • 1. Supervise BridgeWorks staff.
  • 2. Provide coaching, training and accountability to staff to ensure goals are met.
  • 3. Oversee all client invoicing and payroll processing.
  • 4. Manage work orders and project staff in office staging area to ensure proper staffing and timeliness of project delivery to clients.
  • 5. Resolve any relational concerns in a professional and appropriate manner

• Administrative & Financials (Primary)

  • 1. Oversee all day to day needs for BridgeWorks office.
  • 2. Ensure all financials are processed correctly and coordinate with accounting to ensure timeliness and accounts are accurate and up to date.
  • 3. Ensure all accident and WC claims are appropriately followed up and reported

• Sales & Client Care (Primary)

  • 1. Be part of marketing to help drive growth
  • 2. Drive sales through contact and follow up of new and prospective clients and community partners
  • 3. Provide quotes and agreements to clients for services
  • 4. Perform routine check in with staffing and clients
  • 5. Develop and implement feedback survey to ensure great care and responsiveness to needs

• Candidate On-boarding (Secondary)

  • 1. Processing online applications and paper application received electronically.
  • 2. Issue New Hire Paperwork through ADP
  • 3. Complete Employer end of New Hire Paperwork.
  • 4. Complete Direct Deposit information with Employee (Set up direct deposit or pay card).
  • 5. Run Background Checks.
  • 6. Submit New Hire Paperwork and Direct Deposit Information to ADP.
  • 7. Calculate the markup bill rate and enter into Wave (Invoicing software).
  • 8. Make sure employee has all needed information for start date.

• Administrative (Secondary)

  • 1. Process any Employment Verifications, Wage Levies, Unemployment Benefits, etc. from DEW, DOR etc.
  • 2. Ensure current and up-to-date on-boarding documents and paperwork is available, both through our ATS system as well as printed off in office.
  • 3. Digital “filing” of all employee files and documents.
  • 4. Continuing Care- Assist in resolving employee issues, concerns, and complaints. Examples may be pay concerns, discrimination claims, time adjustments, documentation, file updates, etc.
  • 5. Oversee weekly billing, invoicing and payroll to ensure timely service to clients and staff. 

• Assist with recruiting as needed (Secondary)

  • 1. Follow ATS (applicant tracking systems) process including: candidate screenings, phone interviews, submit applicants to clients for review, follow up with applicant and client to arrange interviews and other requirements needed per client.
  • 2. Check in with Candidate right before Client interview time to ensure they are there.
  • 3. Follow up with Candidate following the Client Interview.
  • 4. Oversee & Set up job postings on internal ATS system (to post on 2-4 external job boards, Facebook, and company website) as well as external job board as needed.
  • 5. Follow up with hired candidate to ensure timeliness and appropriate requirements met for reporting first day/shift. 
  • 6. Other Duties as required by supervisor. 


          Qualifications:  

  • Education or equivalent experience: Bachelor’s or greater degree in HR or Business field preferred.
  • 5 or more years in staffing industry. 
  • 2-3 or more years in a supervisory position 
  • HR expertise and experience desirable. 
  • Strong computer and database skills required. 
  • Ability to self-manage and complete job duties from home/nontraditional office location.
  •  License/Certification: None required. 
  • Other: Will have satisfactory criminal history and background check determination. 
  • Primary Hours Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30 Flexible hours as job requires throughout rest of the week.
