Current Lighting is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Services and Service Operations to lead our nationwide service organization supporting Lighting Controls and Dual-Lite Emergency Inverter solutions. This role is responsible for field service execution, service operations, recurring revenue programs, authorized service partner management, customer training, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

This role be located in our Greenville, SC office or Cleveland, OH.  We offer a flexible schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day virtual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a national field service organization supporting startup, commissioning, maintenance, warranty, repair, and training services.
  • Manage internal personnel, contractors, and Authorized Service Centers across North America.
  • Oversee Dual-Lite service operations, including startup services, warranty support, maintenance programs, and service partner performance.
  • Administer recurring revenue programs, including Daintree DCS SaaS subscriptions, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and extended warranties.
  • Serve as business owner for ConnectWise and service management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and customer visibility.
  • Develop and lead training, certification, and workforce development programs for service personnel and partners.
  • Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, process improvements, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Warranty, and Customer Experience teams to support customer success and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in field service, service operations, technical support, or related functions.
  • Experience leading distributed teams, contractors, or third-party service organizations.
  • Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills.
  • Experience with CRM and service management platforms required; ConnectWise experience preferred.
  • Background in lighting controls, emergency lighting, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or related technologies preferred.

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $140,000-$178,000.
