The team you will be a part of

You will join the KitchenAid Small Appliances (KASA) Established Product Innovation (EPI) and Quality team, a global group spanning North America, Asia, and Latin America that owns the quality and continuous improvement of products consumers already know and love.

This role in summary

This KitchenAid Quality Sr. Analyst owns quality management systems of the metrics consumers actually feel, including TCQ, CRR, SIR, 5-Star, and % 1 & 2-Star for KitchenAid Small Appliances in NAR. Based at our Greenville, OH site, you will be working directly with regional quality peers, Greenville manufacturing, global project teams, and OEM partners where your analysis and problem solving directly shape product improvement projects and business commitments.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Drive reduction in overall consumer returns and deliver quality business commitments for the NAR region
  • Lead proactive product quality improvements through a systematic approach and respond to emerging quality issues as they arise, leading rapid root-cause analysis, containment, and resolution across manufacturing, OEM, and field sources
  • Own the TCQ budget and work closely with the plant on financial outlook for the region, delivering TCQ, 5-Star, 1&2-Star, CRR and SIR projects to profit plan expectations
  • Serve as Communication Lead for regional quality issues, informing impacted partners locally and globally quickly and clearly when concerns arise
  • Identify warranty recovery opportunities and translate the impact to GSS and Global Quality
  • Partner with EPI and Model Line project teams to embed quality requirements, field data, and lessons learned into product improvement projects, and support Model Line project execution when needed
  • Act as the initial key technical contact for regional KASA and core teams, and engage with the KASA NAR management team to drive standard quality processes and shape regional strategy

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience within Quality (product, manufacturing, or supplier quality) or similar
  • Strong sense of accountability and personal commitment

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Black Belt or other lean / continuous improvement certification
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting lines
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to communicate and drive high-level agreement globally with cross-team and cross-functional partners
  • Knowledge of SAP
