Experienced Bartender

Bartender – Upscale Private Country Club

We are seeking an experienced, polished Bartender with strong craft cocktail and wine knowledge to join the beverage team at Green Valley Country Club. This role supports members and their guests in an elegant, high-end environment where exceptional service and attention to detail are the standard.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve sophisticated cocktails, classic and contemporary, using premium spirits and fresh ingredients
• Provide knowledgeable wine service, including recommendations by-the-glass and bottle service from our curated list
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar while upholding the club standards of presentation
• Deliver gracious, anticipatory service to members and guests in the clubhouse, dining rooms, and private events
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless beverage experiences
• Handle POS transactions, and inventory accurately
• Uphold club policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in an upscale, fine-dining, or private club setting
• Strong craft cocktail skills and familiarity with classic and modern techniques
• Solid wine knowledge (service, pairing, and basic sommelier-level awareness preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a member-focused, discreet demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced yet refined atmosphere
• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold any required state alcohol service certification
