Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Development

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles

  • Screen and assess initial candidates (resumes, pre-screen questions, brief screening calls) to evaluate qualifications and fit before moving the candidate forward
  • Maintain and create accurate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other CRM tools; track sourcing activity, candidate status, communication history, and pipeline metrics

   Performance Optimization & Employer Branding

  • Report on sourcing metrics and KPIs (e.g., response rates, pipeline growth, conversion rates) and continuously optimize outreach strategies
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market intelligence, and competitive hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts by representing the company, promoting job opportunities, participating in events, and crafting compelling messaging to candidates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, cold calling etc.)
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and candidate management tools

  • Experience with diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) sourcing strategies
