BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
What We’re Looking For
All Backgrounds Welcomed: Ideal for candidates transitioning out of early childhood education, daycare centers, school paraprofessional roles, DSP/CNA caregiving, medical assisting, retail, or hospitality looking for stable daytime clinical hours.

Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
