1st shift T-car corrugator operator

Full time-Sunday Start up

$24.52 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

following all safety rules and procedures; 

Reading factory work orders and converting schedules to learn customer specifications: 

Verifying(measuring) sheets to ensure that sheets sizes and score locations conform to customer specifications; 

Checking other board quality characteristics such as warp, score strength, caliper, bond, line-up, and if board is mottle white vs craft; 

Identifying sheets with chalk-written order numbers and/or load tags 

Removing stock, and identifying nonconforming materials (warp, loose, out-of-line etc.; 

Maintaining clean and organized work areas; 

performing other duties as assigned by supervision 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

 The qualifications for Transfer Cart Operators are the ability to meet the requirements of the job with or without accommodation; the ability to read, write, and speak English; the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; the ability to use basic shop math; the ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, the ability to work your required shift and any additional required hours; ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
