The Role

 

Wax Utilities Operator- the Wax Utilities Operator is responsible for helping out the flow and Production throughout the Wax department.

Key Responsibilities

  • The employee must read and understand the work instructions. 
  • Run the 50-ton press
  • Assist Assembly prepping, kitting gates, and Inspecting
  • Extrude and cut Gates
  • Assist in pouring Gating molds
  • Accurately record in the electronic production tracking system (EPICOR) the progress and completion of jobs.
  • Change and check leach tanks for flipping and removing parts

  • Follow all safety and PPE requirements
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate and consistent wax gates
  • Strong physical capability for handling dies, tools, and repetitive motion tasks
  • Team‑oriented mindset, supporting coworkers and maintaining smooth production flow
  • Commitment to cleanliness and organization, keeping workstations safe, orderly, and compliant with quality standards
