We are currently seeking a qualified Full Time facility Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby.

Typical Work Schedule is: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm. 


Role Responsibilities


This position provides clerical support function to the nursing department. Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration. 

Requirements

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with medical terminology
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace


Preferred Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years scheduling experience.
  • Current C.N.A. Certification (NC)
