Average haul lengths typically range from 700 to 750 miles, providing productive runs that support dependable weekly earnings. Planned dispatch and repeat freight lanes help drivers spend more time driving and less time waiting for the next assignment.

Freight Network

Drivers haul mostly no-touch dry van freight through established interstate customer lanes. Freight consists of a combination of drop-and-hook and live load deliveries, with the majority of shipments requiring no driver unloading. Equipment

Equipment is maintained through a company-supported maintenance program focused on minimizing downtime and keeping drivers moving.

Pay & Schedule

Drivers in this position typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

The fleet operates on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or utilize a company parking location if preferred.

CDL-A Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

Safe driving record

Ability to run interstate routes
