Dental Patient Relations Coordinator - Magnolia Endodontics
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and self-motivated Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to join our growing endodontic specialty practice.
This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for more than a job. We are seeking a career-minded individual who wants to become an important part of our team, grow professionally, and build a long-term career in endodontics.
Our front office is an essential part of the patient experience. From the first phone call to the completion of treatment, our patients should feel welcomed, informed, and cared for. The ideal candidate understands the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: Previous dental front office experience is required; experience in a specialty practice is strongly preferred.
- Dedicated: You take pride in your work and are committed to doing your best every day.
- Self-motivated: You recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
- Dependable: Your team can count on you to follow through and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Career-minded: You are looking for a long-term opportunity where you can learn, grow, and advance—not simply a position to hold temporarily.
- Patient-focused: You understand that patients may be nervous or uncomfortable and know how to provide a reassuring, compassionate experience.
- Professional: You communicate clearly and professionally with patients, referring dentists, coworkers, and insurance companies.
- Organized: You are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented: You enjoy being part of a close-knit team and understand that everyone's role contributes to the success of the practice.

- Coordinate patient flow and work closely with the clinical team.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient's experience.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks, appointments, and patient needs.

- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented practice culture.
Qualifications
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
We want someone who takes ownership. Someone who doesn't simply complete a checklist, but notices when something needs attention and takes the initiative to handle it. Someone who understands that consistency, reliability, and attention to detail matter. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our practice.
If you are an experienced dental receptionist who is motivated, dependable, professional, and looking for a long-term career opportunity in a specialty practice, we would love to meet you.
We are not looking for someone who is simply looking for their next job. We are looking for someone who is looking for their next career home.
