Job DetailsJob Location: UT - Gunnison, UT 84634Stock Assembly Technician Location: Gunnison, Utah Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Stock Production Manager Position Summary The Stock Assembly Technician is responsible for the final assembly and finishing of all stocks exiting the paint department, as well as the inspection and processing of dipped stocks entering production. This role ensures that products meet quality standards, are assembled accurately, and are prepared for the next stage of production or shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform final assembly of all stocks coming out of the paint department Inspect and process dipped stocks entering the assembly workflow Operate drills and other hand tools to complete assembly tasks Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality compliance Maintain clean, organized, and accurate inventory shelves Track and report inventory usage and shortages to the Stock Production Manager Maintain a safe and efficient work environment Support cross-functional teams as needed to meet production goals Qualifications & Skills Experience using drills and common hand tools required Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and follow written work instructions Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Repetitive use of hands and arms Ability to bend, twist, and move throughout the work area Work Environment This position operates in a manufacturing environment and may require exposure to noise, dust, and production equipment.
