A Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for delivering raw materials to production areas; Commingle, Lettershop, and Press, maintaining organized storage spaces, effectively receiving, and transporting excess or obsolete items. This role involves accurate inventory management, proper handling of materials, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. This role also involves preparing pallets for shipment and waste removal.

Essential Functions:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Store materials in designated locations following safety and organizational standards
- Prepare materials for outbound shipments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, high-reach lifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counts
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed

Requirements
- Knowledge of material handling equipment, including barcode readers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machinery
- Ability to operate electric power jacks and other PIT safely and effectively, working within all safety standards and protocols
- Strong reading comprehension skills for understanding work-related documents
- Active listening skills to accurately interpret instructions and communicate effectively
- Physical strength and endurance to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to organize and sequence information or actions according to specific rules
- Perceptual speed to compare and identify similarities or differences among objects or patterns quickly and accurately
-  Knowledge of inventory management software —Inventory control software and/or  Warehouse management software
- Â High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
-  One or more years’ experience operating a ride-on/electric pallet jack required.
- One or more years’ experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment preferred.Â
- Previous experience in forklift/high reach operation preferred but not required.
- Experience on a safety team or related training is a plus.
