                The primary focus is to ensure product is being assembled to specifications and meeting all safety, quality, and productivity requirements. Assembler team member at Triton will perform their duties in a manner that is representative of the Triton Way.

  1. Attendance
  2. Labor Efficiency

  4. Scrap Percentage

 

Assembler Key Responsibilities:

  • Read work orders, production schedules, and blueprints to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of hardware, packaging requirements, and tooling needed. 
  • Monitor tooling and process for appropriate usage and outcomes.
  • Have a keen attention to detail
  • Assemble parts in a safe manner to produce quality parts and meet production needs
  • Assist other departments to help production needs

 

Requirements:

  • Assembly experience preferred, but not required
  • Dependability
  • Self-motivated
  • Positive Attitude
  • Willingness to help fellow team members/departments to achieve production goals
  • Detail oriented and alert to ensure quality and safety
  • Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
  • Ability to learn basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
