Working under the guidance of a supervisor and experienced renovation team members, you will assist with apartment renovations, unit turns, make-ready projects, and general construction tasks to help prepare apartment homes for new residents.
Whether your background is in carpentry, remodeling, apartment maintenance, construction labor, painting, flooring, or general handyman work, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist with apartment renovations and make-ready projects.
- Perform demolition and removal of old flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and other materials.
- Assist with drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and painting.
- Help install cabinets, doors, and hardware.
- Assist with appliance installation and basic fixture replacement.
- Complete punch-out work and final touch-ups to prepare units for move-in.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools as needed.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout renovation projects.
- Follow direction from supervisors and lead renovation personnel.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work alongside team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, apartment maintenance, painting, flooring, landscaping, or general labor preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Willingness to learn renovation and construction skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
