Call Center Service Banker

Summary: Responsible for responding to inbound inquiries and requests; provides requested customer service information and utilizes opportunities to cross sell additional products and services; conducts research and resolves the customer’s retail banking problems.

• Telephone Customer Service Support
• Traveler Notification
• CIP Verification
• ODP Letter Processing
• Cashier Check Verification
• Debit Card Transaction Research and Support
• Internet Banking Resets
• Debit Card Disputes
• Teller Backup
