The available shift for this position is 2:30pm to 11pm, including every other weekend. This is a remote position that requires the ability to attend mandatory in office meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, PA location.

Hourly pay starts at $17.65 per hour plus the opportunity to earn a shift differential. 

Important note: This position is designated as Essential Duty Personnel, meaning team members are expected to report as scheduled—including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):

Be the voice of reassurance
 Support members in real-time by delivering calm, confident, and empathetic guidance during roadside emergencies.

Dispatch quickly and accurately
 Coordinate service calls to AAA Fleet Technicians and our partners, ensuring fast, efficient assistance.

Make smart, real-time decisions
 Prioritize calls based on urgency, safety concerns, weather, and traffic conditions.

Keep members informed every step of the way
 Provide proactive updates so customers always know when help will arrive.

Document with clarity and precision
 Capture key details that support seamless service and strong team communication.

Deliver a “one-call resolution” experience
 Solve problems efficiently while creating a positive, memorable interaction.

Collaborate for success
 Partner with technicians and contractors to deliver reliable, high-quality service.

Stay flexible and team-focused
 Adapt to changing needs and step in wherever necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
