Chassis Modifications Welder
Location: Hartville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay+ Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut chassis frames per work instructions
- Install hinge assemblies, cross members and pintle plates as required
- Perform MIG welding on steel components ensuring welds meet quality and safety standards
- Drill holes and bolt on components when required
- Collaborate with Team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG welding of steel
- Proven experience in cutting steel using plasma cutters
- Ability to read tape a measure and interpret blue prints
- Knowledge and use basic hand tools
- Strong work history with reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility
