About the Role:
Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Hartwell, GA. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members regarding patient status
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all homecare policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
- Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home setting
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in and around Hartwell, GA
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
