Job Description:

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and run assigned batch cards, reviewing daily production schedules for efficiency and accuracy
- Gather and verify raw materials to ensure alignment with batch card specifications
- Safely operate pre-mix equipment by loading materials and monitoring machine performance
- Deliver completed pre-mix material to Extruder, C-Line, or FCM departments as required
- Clean and sanitize pre-mix machines, cones, and work areas after each batch
- Perform deep cleans between color or product changes to prevent contamination
- Inspect equipment and workspaces for cleanliness and readiness
- Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and tracking documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts

- Ability to follow written instructions, batch cards, and work procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- A safety-first mindset and consistent PPE use
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
No prior experience or degree required. Training is provided.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This is a physically demanding role that requires:
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, volatile materials, and moving machinery
- Standing and walking for most of an 8-hour shift
- Frequent reaching, handling, and repetitive motions
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Use of hand tools, air-powered tools, mixing equipment, and cleaning solvents
- Strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures
