What You’ll Do
- Â Managing project workflows in alignment with established company processes and systemsÂ
- Â Maintaining accurate, real-time documentation across all project filesÂ
- Â Tracking project progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues appropriatelyÂ
- Â Coordinating schedules for teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materialsÂ
- Â Communicating consistently with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partnersÂ
- Â Monitoring timelines and ensuring all phases meet company standardsÂ
- Â Supporting cost tracking and ensuring documentation is complete and accurateÂ
- Â Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and insurance-related requirementsÂ
- Â Following escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concernsÂ
- Â Identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous process improvementÂ
- Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours needs as assigned
What You Bring
- Â A strong ability to follow structured processes and systems without cutting corners
- Â High attention to detail and commitment to accuracyÂ
- Â Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and on trackÂ
- Â Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholdersÂ
- Â Experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles (3+ years preferred)Â
- Â Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentÂ
- Â Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries is a plusÂ
