We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Teller who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Teller, you will be one of the first people our members interact with, creating positive experiences while helping them with their day-to-day financial needs.

What You’ll Do

Provide outstanding service to members and create a welcoming branch experience.
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, and money orders.
Answer member questions and help resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support members’ financial goals.
Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.
Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
Travel to other branch locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED.
One to three years of customer service, banking, cash handling, or related experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
