Spark Community is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team. We currently have two BCBAs and are adding a third as our program continues to grow.

This is a center-based position where you'll work alongside RBTs, other BCBAs, classroom staff, and Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists. You'll have the opportunity to focus on providing quality ABA services while being part of a collaborative team that supports the whole child.

Why BCBAs Choose Spark:

  • Schedule flexibility and autonomy
  • Strong administrative support
  • RBT and paraprofessional support
  • Collaborative environment with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy
  • Opportunity to help shape and grow an expanding ABA program
  • Meaningful work with children and families in a supportive environment

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design, implement, and oversee ABA programming
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and other team members
  • Monitor progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Provide family guidance and training
  • Collaborate with families, therapists, classroom staff, and other professionals
  • Help support the continued growth and development of our ABA program

Benefits Include:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Life Insurance
  • Additional employee benefits
