The Staff Pad is partnering with a respectedhealthcare organization in beautiful Helena, MT to find skilled and motivatedClinical Laboratory Scientists to join their team.

In this role, you’ll work alongside dedicatedhealthcare professionals performing critical diagnostic testing that directlysupports patient care and clinical decision-making.

Schedule: Full-Time | Evenings

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing on blood and other body fluid specimens
  • Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, & healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced laboratory environment
  • Participate in on-call coverage as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital setting
  • Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent field
  • National certification through agencies such as ASCP, NCA, or equivalent
  • Current Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure
