The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Public Health and Safety Division in Helena.

 

The Fraud Prevention Specialist serves in a highly organized and analytical position on the team. They play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the seamless functioning of office operations. This position demands exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks. In addition to general administrative and quality assurance duties, they oversee the Fraud Prevention program and maintain the integrity of vital records, including birth, death, fetal death, marriage, divorce, and Induced Termination of Pregnancy (ITOP) reports. This position creates and registers home birth and delayed birth certificates. They provide critical record services and statistical data to various federal, state, and county government agencies, utilizing the State’s designated database management system and catering to the needs of diverse data users.
