The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputedhealthcare organization in Helena, MT and we are seeking to hire experiencedand compassionate RNs for their Emergency Department to deliver high-qualitynursing care in a fast-faced setting with professionalism, adaptability andminimal supervision.
In this role, you will expertly triage patients,prioritize care needs, and provide timely interventions addressing physical andpsychosocial needs.
You would also monitor patient responses, adjusttreatments as needed, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinaryteam, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while responding effectivelyto changing patient conditions.
Schedule: Full-Time | 0.75 FTE | Days (9:00 AM – 9:00PM) 12 Hour shifts | Nights (12 Hour Shifts)
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Triage patients, prioritize care needs, and implement timely interventions
- Address patients’ physical and psychosocial needs
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team
- Support optimal patient outcomes and efficient patient flow
- Maintain clear, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Respond rapidly to changing patient conditions
- Work professionally and effectively with minimal supervision
What We Are Looking For
Education, Experience and Certifications
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
- Emergency nursing experience preferred; Critical care experience desirableCurrent Montana RN License
- BLS required; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire
- TNCC required within 1 year of hire
- NRP & ENPC required within 2 years of hire
- CEN preferred
- Knowledge of emergency nursing roles and practices
