We’re seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maximize property value, and ensure an exceptional living experience for residents. This role involves managing leasing, maintenance, financials, and staff to achieve company and regulatory compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
  • Hire, train, and supervise site staff, fostering a professional and productive team.
  • Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
  • Implement resident retention programs and maintain positive community relations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in property management with knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: CAM or ARM preferred.
