Reports to: Manager, Materials

Department: Operations

Work Model: Full-time, On-site – No Travel Required

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Job Summary

This position is responsible for issuing and pulling materials to support production and customer orders using generated pick lists. This role assists with receiving and tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, updating spreadsheets, stocking shelves, and ensuring the stockroom remains organized and efficient. The Stockroom Assistant plays a key role in supporting inventory accuracy and the timely fulfillment of production needs.


Essential Functions

  • Maintain stockroom organization by updating inventory, performing cycle counts, and stocking shelves
  • Process material requirements generated through sales orders, project request forms, MRP and other business as needed
  • Package and route the machine parts, including entering transactions in the software system
  • Assist with tooling storage and kitting Communicate with Stockroom team members to assist with smooth flow of product
  • Load and unload part tumblers
  • Clean and maintain area and parts to keep in optimal production condition
  • Must be able to operate fork truck, or have willingness to learn
  • Conforms with ESD policy and safety practices
  • Follows all safety regulations and practices safety awareness at all times

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with small piece components, inventory control, and GMP preferred
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment
  • Ability to stand for long periods up-to-eight or more hours at a time
  • Must be able to reach above head and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proven ability to have a high level of attention to detail
  • Team focused and Centered

Required Qualifications

  •  Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person”)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Occasional exposure to manufacturing floor and testing environments. May require lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods during product testing.
