Job DetailsJob Location: Hickory Chair - Hickory, NC 28602Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayPosition Summary Fully trained upholsterer capable of independently completing standard upholstery tasks with consistent quality and efficiency.   Position Details Independently upholster standard furniture frames Read and interpret work orders, patterns, and specifications Select appropriate materials (fabric, foam, springs, etc.) Ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards Identify and correct minor issues without supervision Maintain productivity expectations for assigned work Support training of Level 1 employees as needed   Performance Expectations Consistently meets quality and production standards Works independently with minimal errors Demonstrates reliability and accountability QualificationsPosition Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Demonstrated proficiency in upholstery techniques Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and quality (4-way match, spot, flow-match/direction of fabric) Solid understanding of materials and tools   Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
