The primary focus of this position is working with incoming phone leads and converting qualified leads into scheduled consultations and treatment. This is a sales-focused position within a high-end dental implant practice. The ideal candidate is comfortable having meaningful conversations with prospective patients, identifying their needs and concerns, educating them about our implant treatment options, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and confidently guiding patients toward the next step. The successful candidate will be both sales-driven and compassionate, understanding that patients are making a significant investment in their oral health and need a knowledgeable, supportive person to guide them through the process. Primary Responsibilities Lead Management & Phone Sales Answer and respond to incoming phone leads in a timely and professional manner. Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients over the phone. Learn about each patient's dental concerns, goals, previous treatment experiences, and desired outcome. Educate prospective patients about dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, and our treatment process. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of treatment without making clinical diagnoses or promises. Identify qualified leads and determine their readiness to move forward. Confidently overcome common objections related to cost, financing, timing, fear, and treatment concerns. Convert qualified phone leads into scheduled consultations. Maintain ownership of leads throughout the sales process and ensure consistent follow-up. Make outbound calls to leads who have not yet scheduled or who need additional follow-up. Re-engage older or inactive leads when appropriate. Follow established call scripts, sales processes, and lead-nurturing protocols while maintaining a natural and personalized conversation. Consultation & Treatment Conversion Help prospective patients understand what to expect during their consultation and treatment journey. Build excitement and confidence around the opportunity to restore their smile and function. Work closely with the clinical and treatment coordination teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to consultation. Follow up with patients after consultations to answer non-clinical questions, reinforce the value of treatment, and assist with next steps. Help move qualified patients from consultation to scheduled treatment when appropriate. Discuss available financing options and payment processes within established practice guidelines. CRM & Lead Tracking Accurately document all lead activity, conversations, follow-ups, appointments, and outcomes in Salesforce and/or designated systems. Update lead status and appointment information promptly. Maintain accurate and complete notes so that any team member can understand the patient's history and current status. Track follow-up tasks and ensure no qualified lead falls through the cracks. Monitor personal conversion metrics and work toward established performance goals.   Qualifications Qualifications Previous experience in sales, inside sales, call center sales, treatment coordination, dental sales, healthcare sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred. Dental experience is strongly preferred but not required for the right candidate. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Confident and comfortable selling over the phone. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with prospective patients. Strong objection-handling and closing skills. Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits. Comfortable working with CRM systems and documenting lead activity. Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results. Professional, positive, and compassionate communication style. Ability to discuss significant financial investments confidently and appropriately. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling patient information. Why Join Our Team? This is an opportunity to become an important part of a specialized dental implant practice where the work you do directly impacts patients' ability to move forward with life-changing treatment. We are looking for someone who wants more than a traditional front-desk or administrative position—we are looking for a sales professional who can take ownership of the patient journey from the first phone call through the decision to move forward with treatment.
