HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist with a strong background in recruitment to join our team in Hilliard, OH. This role is ideal for a people-oriented professional who thrives on finding, attracting, and onboarding top talent while supporting broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for new hires
• Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation as needed
• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs
• Monitor local labor market trends and recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous HR experience in the Hilliard, OH or Central Ohio area
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification
