We're looking for a professional tree industry production foreman with experience leading teams and an expert in tree climbing safety to join our ever-growing company. The right candidate must have the ambition to make a positive difference for our customers, their trees, and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled tree maintenance, pruning, and removals on residential and commercial properties using standard climbing techniques and/or bucket trucks.
- Conduct daily inspections for the safety of all climbing equipment, safety gear, vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Perform work that may require the use of hand tools, power tools, and climbing gear.
- Load and unload company equipment into vehicles.
- Safely operate company vehicles and issued equipment.
- Complete daily work orders to meet company expectations.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, managers, and clients.
Requirements
- Be proficient in all aspects of ANSI Standards for tree care. From fine pruning to technical removals.
- Know your trees and know your craft.
- ISA Certification is Mandatory
- Safety minded and safety first, always.
- Have knowledge in estimating job duration and flow.
- Be customer focused with a keen insight into fostering client and team relationships.
