Schedule: Day Shift, M-F 8 Hour Days
Pay Rate: $35 - $48+ Hourly DOE 
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon - Local or Travelers
Position Type: Full Time

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Chamber Wet Cleans
  • Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
  • Must be able to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
  • Pump purging of gas lines. 
  • Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
  • Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
  • Must be able to perform complete tool shutdown.
  • Power off all the system and related subcomponents 
  • Follow all LOTO and customer procedures. 
  • Daily pre-task planning with customer
  • Document all Decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
  • Reporting status of Decon project.
  • Must follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
  • Minimum of 5 + years / OEM direct experience 
Preferred Skillsets:
  • AMAT EPI 300mm platform
  • LAM 2300 or any Dry Etch platform
  • ASM A412 Vertical Furnaces
  • L3 FSE with 7+ yrs experience doing Decon & Demo 
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Some tasks may require wearing a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods (10-15 minutes) while working with chemicals. PPE made available includes safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and more.
