Pay Rate:Â $35 - $48+ Hourly DOEÂ

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Chamber Wet Cleans
- Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
- Must be able to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
- Pump purging of gas lines.Â
- Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
- Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
- Must be able to perform complete tool shutdown.
- Power off all the system and related subcomponentsÂ
- Follow all LOTO and customer procedures.Â
- Daily pre-task planning with customer
- Document all Decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
- Reporting status of Decon project.
- Must follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
- Minimum of 5 + years / OEM direct experienceÂ
- AMAT EPI 300mm platform
- LAM 2300 or any Dry Etch platform
- ASM A412 Vertical Furnaces
- L3 FSE with 7+ yrs experience doing Decon & DemoÂ
May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Some tasks may require wearing a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods (10-15 minutes) while working with chemicals. PPE made available includes safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and more.
