Tonkin Family of Dealerships offers proven leaders opportunities to increase income and grow professionally Provides a clear path for career advancement within a stable, well‑established automotive group Enables leaders to make a lasting impact in a supportive, results-driven environment Rewards high performance with competitive compensation packages Provides clear, defined opportunities for advancement Prioritizes promoting talent from within whenever possible Ideal for results-driven professionals ready to take their careers to the next level   GM WCT Technician Job Responsibilities Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair services on General Motors vehicles, including but not limited to engine diagnostics, brake systems, suspension, electrical systems, transmissions, and HVAC Use OEM diagnostic equipment and software to accurately identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to detect potential problems and provide clear, accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines Collaborate closely with service advisors and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer communication Follow all GM service procedures, technical bulletins, and warranty guidelines to maintain compliance and quality standards Maintain up-to-date certifications through ongoing GM factory training programs and apply the latest repair techniques and technologies Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations Document all repairs and maintenance work accurately in dealership systems to ensure service history and warranty records are complete   GM WCT Technician Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $50.00 to $60.00 flat rate per hour, with up to 125 billable hours guaranteed per pay period.
