Guest Experience Coordinator – Blo Blow Dry Bar, Pearland TX

Compensation: $13 - $14 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses

This role is an amazing opportunity for new or aspiring hairstylists who want to gain hands-on experience in a professional salon environment, work alongside expert stylists, and learn the business from the inside out.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all Guests
Manage appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out using booking software
Contact members and clients to encourage rebooking and maintain strong relationships
Support the team of stylists and makeup artists to keep the bar running smoothly
Monitor and assist with inventory to ensure products are stocked and organized
Serve as a Membership Concierge by:
- Explaining membership guidelines and benefits
- Highlighting monthly perks and promotions
- Assisting with membership freezes and cancellations
Promote product sales, service upgrades, and memberships to help grow the business
Handle challenging situations with professionalism and positivity
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace
Participate in regular training and development opportunities

Additional Responsibilities

Run and manage the salon’s social media presence with creative, engaging content
Assist the Owner and Bar Boss with administrative tasks and appointment coordination
Assist with shampoo services (if licensed cosmetologist)
Complete makeup training (provided by Blo) and assist with makeup services as part of your role

Requirements

Availability to work Saturday and Sunday
A passion for beauty and for making people feel amazing
Great entry point for recent cosmetology graduates or those beginning their career in beauty
Strong organizational and communication skills
Social media management or makeup experience is an asset
