Summary:
Tracking and organizing production materials on the production floor. Preparing materials for inventory daily according to requests.Â
Responsibilities:
- Support EOL (End Of Line) Production and shipment process
- Coordinate/Inspect incoming and outgoing pallets to make sure the tray count, pallet reports are correctÂ
- Learn and understand GMES system, ability to make/view basic reportsÂ
- Manage amount of empty pallets and dunnage, black skids, strap in the warehouse
- Able to operator a forklift safely around pedestrians and in a congested area.
- Perform daily checks of forklift to ensure it is safe to operate
- Check forklift battery and charge when not in useÂ
- Keep Warehouse clean and organized  Â
- Support inventory processÂ
- Contacting with Tray coordinator organize/help moving empty aging trays
- Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position
- Follow established work instructionsÂ
- Adhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of proper PPE Adhere to general, and position-specific, dress code requirements
- Participate in, and successfully complete, any and all training requirements
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance is requiredÂ
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP’s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work areaÂ
- Perform other duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Â
Experience:
- 1 to 3+ years of related work experienceÂ
- 1+ year of forklift experienceÂ
Skills:
- MS Office Suite
- Communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic math skills are required
- Ability to read and interpret graphs and measurementsÂ

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours
- Safety glasses
- Steel-toed shoes
- Must be able to do the following repeatedly for a period of up to 12 hours
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 poundsÂ
- Stoop, twist, bend
- Reach overhead
- Sit and/or standÂ
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job functionÂ
