What you'll get to do
* Develop and execute comprehensive quality plans and strategies to ensure the highest standards of product quality and reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to identify and mitigate quality risks
* Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
* Analyze and resolve complex quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior quality engineers, mentoring and coaching to help them develop their skills and expertise
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in software development and testing principles
* Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a proven track record of success in leading quality initiatives and teams
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior team members to achieve their full potential
