DRIVER / RECORDING SPECIALIST

Duties include but are not limited to: 
•    Coordinates pick ups and deliveries of various documents to the BOC and Land Court.
•    Delivers daily company recordings to BOC.
•    Assists with correction of rejected recordings and specials.
•    Processes accommodation releases from internal and external customers.
•    Works individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.

Requirements: 
•    Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
•    Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to meet continuous deadlines and organize/prioritize workflow.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player.  Possess the ability to handle various client matters and maintain composure in difficult situations.
•    Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel and other computer applications. 
•    Must be a quick learner and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
•    Minimum 1 year of general office or customer service experience required.
•    High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type:  Full-time

Pay:  $22.00 an hour
