Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â Â includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Scrapes food from dirty dishes and rinses them with water, places them in racks to dishwashing machine.Â
- Sends glasses and silverware through dish machine.Â
- Washes pots, pans, and trays rinsing three compartments, soap, rinse and sanitize.Â
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.Â
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.Â
- Removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.Â
- Hoses out garbage cans.Â
- Sorts bottles into designated rubbish cans.Â
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, cheruical dip, and hand cloth.Â
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Washes and peels vegetables.
