 - Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
 - Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance and processing payments.
 - Maintain and organize patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
 - Support the office team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
