About the Role

 

The Fulfillment Specialist supports internal and external customers to ensure that electronic devices are accurately picked and shipped to client sites managing clinical trials. This is a hands-on, onsite role based at our Horsham, PA warehouse, playing a critical part in ensuring device shipments meet client expectations and comply with international shipping requirements.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Function

 

  • Manage inventory activities including accurate reporting and device picking.
  • Perform quality checks on picking accuracy to ensure order integrity.
  • Manage workload effectively to ensure customer expected ship-by dates are met.
  • Create necessary shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
  • Securely pack devices for international shipping in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison with courier vendors.
  • Maintain good stock control procedures.
  • Promote continual improvement within the Fulfillment team.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned and required by Signant Health.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

 

Essential:

 

  • Adherence to site Health & Safety requirements.
  • Accurate data entry skills and solid computer proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be a team-oriented person with a "can do" attitude.
  • Experience of working within a pharmaceutical environment.

 

Desirable:

 

  • IATA Certified.
  • Experience of inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Minimum education: High School graduation (US) or country equivalent.
  • Flexible for international and domestic travel.
