Essential Job Functions Operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and retrieve goods and materials.   Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movement.   Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production and warehouse areas.   Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures.   Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.   Support production and warehouse staff with material handling needs. QualificationsQualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: 1-2 years of forklift experience (preferred but not required). Skills: Must successfully complete Windows USA® / Window Mart in-house forklift certification program, regardless of prior outside certifications. Ability to work under moderate supervision while demonstrating initiative. Moderate understanding of forklift operation, warehouse, and safety procedures. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver materials throughout the shift. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment   Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately   Strong attention to detail to identify defects or variances in product quality   Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and efficiency   Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination   Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and conversions   Commitment to safety protocols and ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)   Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production quotas   Certifications: Formal forklift certification or training (preferred). Working Conditions Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant in our Royal, AR office. Physical Requirements: Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50-100 lbs.), and operating heavy equipment for extended periods.   Exposure to warehouse conditions including noise, dust, moving machinery, and temperature fluctuations.   Work Schedule: Standard business hours of Monday – Friday 6am to 2:30pm with potential for extended hours as needed. Compensation & Benefits Pay: Starting pay at $17 per hour, depending on experience and seniority.
