Finance Specialist

Location: Onsite – Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities

Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
Process Accounts Payable (AP), including invoices, freight, customs duties, petty cash, and employee expense reports.
Prepare and process payments through U.S. banking systems.
Manage company bank accounts and assist with cash management.
Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of accounting, finance, treasury, or related experience.
Experience with multinational companies, foreign banks, or the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Willing to travel as needed
